Privacy Policy
StackChum LLC (“StackChum,” “we,” “our”) operates the platform at stackchum.com and its subdomains. This policy describes what we collect, why, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Account information. When you create a StackChum Identity account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
- Operational telemetry. Server logs (IP, user agent, request paths, response codes, timing) for security, debugging, and capacity planning.
- Usage data. Which platform services you use, when, and how often — for service health and product development.
- Communications. Email you send to StackChum addresses (e.g., partnerships@stackchum.com) for the purpose of responding.
What we don’t collect
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this marketing site.
- We do not require analytics cookies for the marketing site to function.
How we use the data
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To authenticate accounts and enforce role-based access.
- To respond to support, partnership, and compliance inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations (including responses to lawful requests from authorities).
Who we share with
- Infrastructure providers we contract to run the platform (hosting, DNS, transactional email). They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Affiliate networks and retailer APIs we integrate, only to the extent required to route attributed traffic and report conversions on your behalf.
- Legal recipients when required by law.
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy audit and legal obligations. Operational telemetry is retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for security investigation.
Your choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing partnerships@stackchum.com.
- Account deletion removes your StackChum Identity record and associated session data. Audit-trail data linked to your account may be retained in anonymized form for security investigation.

Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the platform status surface.
